Centro Dinámico Pegaso

Centro Dinámico Pegaso was born with this first division more than 20 years ago as a specialized training agent in safety and security driving.

Likewise, for more than 15 years we have been the leading company in Mexico for safety and security driving of vehicles in urban environments.

Our Customer base covers different industries and participant profiles:

Security services (public and private), armoring, car, banking, pharmaceutical, transportation & construction industries, Government of Mexico (in its three levels including police and security entities), high-profile company owners & business men (including their families), security drivers, embassies and various international organizations (eg. UN, World Bank, German GIZ, others).

We have our own facilities which were designed by local and international specialists for testing, training and delivering automotive experiences in a safe, controlled and private world-class environment.

Our specialty: To achieve a conscious, safe and efficient interaction between the driver and his (her) vehicle, in accordance to his (her) risk profile, detected needs and capabilities. The above will allow the participants to:

i) Increase their Safety and Security Driving skills;

ii) Protect their physical integrity and that of their passengers during atypical or emergency situations;

iii) Generate in them preventive and reactive driving habits that reduce the likelihood of insecurity incidents and/or road accidents; and

iv) Generate a Conscious Culture of Self-awareness that reduces their risk profile and that of their companions (or their relatives).


Our Courses, Clinics and Specialized Modules:

These training experiences are offered only within Centro Dinámico Pegaso´s facilities with both Instructors and Pilots who are certified by several local and international quality agencies all related to the road safety & personnel industry, urban mobility and automotive mechanics. Additionally, we provide our services in an institutional way under a philosophy of continuous improvement that allows our team to evolve along with the new trends in automotive training as well as with the modus operandi of criminal acts.

We define our Courses to be more robust and long-lasting training experiences than our Clinics, however, the latter are generally more intensive in track activities. As far as the Specialized Modules are concerned, these are additional (optional) trainings within a Course, or a Clinic, that allow to delve even deeper into some particular aspects of the training offered. That is, a Module is a unique specialization degree within a Course or a Clinic.

It is important to note that pending of the participant’s profile and type of Course selected, we apply previous & preliminary visual acuity, oximetry, glucometer and blood pressure assessments to the participants, since these factors influence driving skills performances during atypical stress situations. In addition to these procedures we also issue electronic results reports and post-event recommendations in a personalized fashion based on each participant´s performance during our Courses.

Since Centro Dinámico Pegaso is also registered at the Ministry of Labor and Social Welfare as an "Official Training Institution", it is empowered to issue "Certificates of Abilities & Labor Skills" to all participants who have passed our Courses.

Likewise, Centro Dinámico Pegaso also has the "Registry of Providers of Specialized Services or Specialized Works" (also known in spanish as “REPSE”), based on the applicable provisions of labor and taxation regulatory updates that came into force in 2021. Every company that wishes to obtain the REPSE must be up to date in all its obligations, not only in labor, but also in taxation matters. This registration ratifies the fact that all our Clients can continue to formally engage and deduct our specialized training services under these new legal and forceful provisions.

Requirements (by the participants to be able to take the Courses/Clinics) & General Conditions:

a) To be an adult (i.e. 18 years or more) and a valid driver's license. Note: In case of minors, without experience and without a permit or license, who are enrolled in our “Safety Driving Clinics for Youngsters”, they must be at least 14 years old and have the legal waiver signed by their Parents/Guardians (attaching the original official identifications & 2 copies for comparison matters).

b) Enjoy good general health.

c) Pay in advance the cost of training and signing the corresponding waiver forms.

d) Achieve at least the minimum number of participants required to open a Course or Clinic (i.e. an Event) according to the following:

1. Legal Entities (or "Homogeneous Private" Groups):

i. We will try to generate a group of 8 people or more per Event day, however, the minimum number of people required per day Event could decrease depending on the volume of continuous Events that are held in the same week and/or final price per person per day Event, among other considerations.
ii. For groups of 30 or more people per Event day, a special price will be considered (Flotilla Inteligente Pegaso – “FIP”).
iii. The date of the Event will be defined in agreement with the Client.


2. Individuals (or "Open with Third Parties" Groups):

i. It is required to pay in advance 50% of the cost of at least 2 participants, who will be put on the Event´s waiting list for the earliest available date, so to reach a group of at least 8 people.
ii. To facilitate the above, the Event will also be promoted on the social media of Centro Dinámico Pegaso (Facebook, Instagram and Twitter).
iii. Once the Event has been confirmed on the available date, the remaining 50% of the payment must be made at least 48 hours before it is held.
iv. In case that the minimum number of participants described above cannot be reached, or the Event is not carried out, the advance or deposit made will be returned 48 hours after the notification of cancellation of the Event.

Type of vehicles activated on track depending on the Type of Course, Clinic and/or Specialized Module added:

a) Private urban vehicles (provided by Centro Dinámico Pegaso) and/or armored vehicles (provided by the participant for his/her use when the following Specialized Module is activated: “Prevention of Kidnapping and Occasional Assault”).

b) Escort vehicles (provided by Centro Dinámico Pegaso) - police/similar.

c) Sports vehicles/races (provided by the participant).

d) Light commercial (or cargo) vehicles (provided by Centro Dinámico Pegaso).

e) Passenger vehicles (trucks & buses) and tractor-trailers (usually provided by the Client).

f) Off road vehicles (4x4 & 4x2) – Cross road (provided by the participant).

g) Motorcycles (provided by the participant except in sponsored courses).

2. Specialized Module 1/4 Mile Sport Drag Races + Sport Maneuverability Circuit for Cars (includes use of state-of-the-art wireless telemetry):

i) Theory and track practice: Tire washing technique and alignment of competing cars, reading the drag tree lights, reaction time, elapsed time, power-to-power competitions vs bracket competitions, scoreboars & display readings, results tickets and emergency braking technique.

ii) Access to Control Tower for understanding the overall logistics.

iii) Competitions among participants considering reaction times and elapsed times activating power to power or bracket modalities.
